FINEOS Scoops ‘Excellence in Talent Development’ Award at the ISA Awards

Congratulations to FINEOS who  has won this year’s Excellence in Talent Development award at the Irish Software Association’s annual award ceremony on Friday the 20th of November.
FINEOS, which employs a global team of people, was the overall winner for this prestigious talent award which was hotly contested by some of Ireland’s leading technology companies.

From left to right Eileen O’Sullivan, Chief Financial and Operating Officer Afilias Technologies, Louise Coulter, HR Business Partner, FINEOS, Joanne     McMullan, Chief People Officer, FINEOS, Cronan McNamara, Founder & CEO, Crème Global and Chair of Irish Software Association.

FINEOS was selected based on its unique people strategy and approach to employee development which includes key initiatives such as employee-led organisational learning groups, peer-to-peer training, cross-functional knowledge sharing, and TED-style FINtalks. These initiatives were recognised as giving employees the opportunity to contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy and their own skills development.

“This is a wonderful accolade for FINEOS", said Michael Kelly, CEO, FINEOS Corporation. "Having the best and most talented people working in FINEOS is vital to our success and is the reason we are the leader in our sector. We place a huge emphasis on employee learning and development and the creation of a high performance culture across teams and regions. As we continue to experience significant year on year growth, we hope this award will encourage more high performers to join FINEOS and enjoy the benefits of working with a great team”.

FINEOS is a global leader in insurance software with customers in nine countries and has been chosen by 8 of the top 20 Group Life & Health insurers in the US and 4 of the top 5 insurers in Australia. FINEOS has over 20 years’ experience working with insurers in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific and has over 25,000 licenced users globally.
