Congratulations to FINEOS who has won this year’s Excellence in Talent Development award at the Irish Software Association’s annual award ceremony on Friday the 20th of November.
FINEOS, which employs a global team of people, was the overall winner for this prestigious talent award which was hotly contested by some of Ireland’s leading technology companies.

FINEOS was selected based on its unique people strategy and approach to employee development which includes key initiatives such as employee-led organisational learning groups, peer-to-peer training, cross-functional knowledge sharing, and TED-style FINtalks. These initiatives were recognised as giving employees the opportunity to contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy and their own skills development.

"Having the best and most talented people working in FINEOS is vital to our success and is the reason we are the leader in our sector. We place a huge emphasis on employee learning and development and the creation of a high performance culture across teams and regions. As we continue to experience significant year on year growth, we hope this award will encourage more high performers to join FINEOS and enjoy the benefits of working with a great team”.
